Brazilian-born Sergio Cariello has been an accomplished artist since childhood, drawing a regular comic strip for his city's newspaper by age eleven. He later worked for Marvel Comics and DC Comics. He attended the Joe Kubert School of Cartoon and Graphic Art as well as the Word of Life Bible Institute. He currently resides in Florida with his wife Luzia.

    The graphics are good, my grandchildren are taking a while to get into it though, they say it looks a bit DARK. They found a lot of the expressions on the faces a little intimidating. It's taking a lot of work to get them to move up from the Bible for Kids....to more detail. I was hoping this Action Bible would help, but it's not. I shall persevere... Hence I was slightly disappointed that the Action Bible missed out some important scripture like...The full Armour of God...& Joel... It would have been good to see one chapter show clearly the gospel scripture too; maybe the gospel scripture quoting Peter speaking to the 1,000's after he was filled with the Holy Spirit.

    My 6 year old son is loving his action bible, he is learning so much and thoroughly enjoys the action packed pictures which brings the stories to life with greater meaning for him. It has also spoken into my life as I read it with him. Great quality product.

    The Action Bible is ideal for giving to Year 6 children as they leave in a few weeks time. It is colourful, attractive in layout that should attract their attention and bring some of the bible stories to life. Also good value for a hardback book

    My daughter reads it continually. Whilst I am having my quiet time with the Lord, she sneaks in and sits at the bottom of my bed engrossed in her new bible. Afterwards she has so much to tell me about what she read, alongside many questions which I love. An excellent buy for any child.

    I bought this for my 9yr old grandson. He has Attention Deficit Disorder but loves reading . He's told me he definitely believes in God, but is hooked on the video game Fortnite. So I'm hoping the comic style action bible will help him to understand more about God. He doesn't talk very much but now that I'm living with them, I hope that we will be able to talk more through this bible. I'm very pleased that it is true to the Word of God, and that it has moved with new ways of learning. I'm the only Christian in the household but my daughter is very open for me to give my grandsons this type of book.
