    The large print option is very helpful for more extended reading, or in church settings where lighting may not be optimal. The binding and finish really create the feel of a traditionally bound Bible and the indexing is a further help for fast reference. Whilst no attempt has been made to make this translation “all inclusive” or gender neutral it is more accurate to the meaning of the original texts by expanding such terms as ‘brethren’ to ‘brothers and sisters’ where the Greek clearly carries that meaning. That means, paradoxically enough, that a truer meaning is afforded to the reader by this optimal equivalence than a more restrictive literal interpretation may afford. All in all, this is remarkably good value for an accurate, well constructed Bible which should prove a blessing for many years to come.
