    We've begun to read the "grown up" Bible with our boys (6 and 8) together, instead of having them use just their kids bibles and asking why that story wasn't in theirs. This is a great bible to use together, especially for children who want to go deeper into the word but aren't quite ready to do it on their own yet. We decided this was a bible to "trash" ie just use and write/draw etc in without being precious about. Weve already written in it/underlined passages etc a few times and the boys love it and it's been a great starting point for some good conversations, prayers and opening up their hearts.

    Interesting exercises and plenty of space to draw or doodle. Have to turn the whole Bible round after each page, though. It would have been better if each page was continuous.
