A classic Cambridge Bible, the KJV Cameo Reference Edition combines legibility and elegance in a convenient format. Cambridge's Cameo Bibles date from the 1920s, and have been a familiar form of the Scriptures for generations of readers. This edition is bound in high quality dark green goatskin, edge-lined for suppleness and strength, and presented with three ribbon markers.

Cambridge 'Cameo' KJV Green Goatskin: The binding is lovely and I was especially pleased to be able to find goatskin in green. The 'Cameo' is a reasonable compromise, being portable, and referenced, but having a readable and bold type in its Medieval Clarendon. This bible is well-made and a pleasure to hold, lying open flat straight out of the box. The paper is of a high quality, and the signatures are sewn. Two green registers, one darker than the other, allow the reader to keep place. The clam shell box now has a matte finish, I preferred the previous glossy iteration. This is a red-letter version which I have come to not mind, though I would prefer black type throughout. The pronunciation heps are embedded within the text, another thing I have had to become used to. This is a great quality bible that should last a lifetime with considerate use. The binding was by the Dutch company Royal Jongblod, the paper made in France. If you have a hard time with the weedy modern digital type so common nowadays, then consider this Cameo. Best for me of the CUP KJV bibles is the 'Turquoise', as its Old Antique No.3 Print is so authoritative on the page. The 'Turquiose' is best for reading at home as it is larger and heavier than the 'Cameo'.' Overall a warmly recommended bible.
