With over 200,000 cross references (perhaps closer to a quarter of a million!), this is going to be an excellent, "let scripture interpret scripture" type Bible. If you want to know what passages are similar to each other and from what Old Testament passage the New Testament is quoting from, then this Bible will certainly fulfil your expectations and more, as you begin to see parallel passages you never even noticed before. I have bought the large print calfskin edition, but I wanted the concordance and the translator to the readers feature, which the large print lacks, as well as having a slightly more compact size where I can have an easier time to take and read this in Church or elsewhere, and at a much cheaper price than the calfskin, then the hardcover edition was perfect for those things. Overall, I am super pleased with this Bible. Whenever I get around in doing some serious scripture study with this Bible, then I will use the larger print, as the text and especially the cross-references will stand out much more than this edition.
