These series of publications have great potential for Bible studies of the individual book. Being a good hardback they would seemingly stand being well used. However they have, for me, lost their potential to be a good Bible study source or even enjoyable to read. It is the printed format adopted that absolutely ruins them. They fail to follow the generally adopted columnar and individual verse separation for biblical print which, until now, I have never found to differ anywhere else in biblical printing. The format used here is that of a standard reading book with no verse spacing , thus you end up with verse numbering scattered throughout the sentences and page. What was a hopeful purchase is to me a waste of money in it’s current format.
