    Writing and colouring in a Bible felt very alien when I first started as I was brought up to never deface books, let alone the Bible But have a designated Journalling Bible got me over that. This has many many pages printed with patterns words and designs to colour yourself as well as the beginning of all books. The paper is thin and heavy mediums like felt tip will bleed though but I found using colour pencils, gel pens and watercolour paints not so bad. It opened my whole world to Biblical Art as well as journaling. Also there are lots of good Bible Journaling pages on Facebook that can help guide you through. Go on, dip your toe into Journaling. It has bought me such Joy and closeness in my relationship with God and His Word.
