Billy Graham, Evangelist preacher, inspiration to millions of Christians and one of the ?ten most admired men in the world? has led crusades to over three hundred cities around the globe and touched the lives of millions of followers.

A crucial part of Billy Graham?s crusades were the local choirs who, under the direction of choirmaster Cliff Barrows, sang the praise and glory of Christ at each gathering. Over the years, performances of the International Crusade Choirs have been recorded and appeared on numerous LPs or broadcast on radio.

This special 3CD set contains over 90 tracks covering 50 years of the Billy Graham Crusades, meticulously compiled and digitally remastered by master sound recordist Warren Barrett.

Each disc contains recordings from a different territory: Britain & Europe, Australia & New Zealand and USA & Canada. Also featured are soloists George Beverly Shea, Ethel Waters, Laurice Waller, Myrtle Hall and Martha Nixon.

This unique collection - a massive enterprise, undertaken with the full support of the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association - comes complete with a 12-page colour booklet with full track listings and historic choir introductions.

    I was disappointed with this item. The sound quality wasn't very good . I had hoped to bring back special memories but it didn't.

    Billy Graham is a person who I have respected and admired. (God rest his soul). The music on this CD is led very well and to hear hymns in another language is special and uplifting.

    Being a senior citizen and in my late 70's listening to the recordings brought back happy memories. I recall attending a Billy Graham crusade in Sheffield at the football stadium with a coach party from our church. It was such a blessing to be there and share in the worship.

    The inclusion of these CDs in the reviews is purely self indulgence on my part. I sang in the choir at Wembley all those years ago and the memory is still fresh in my mind as is the influence that Billy Graham’s words had on my teenage mind and have continued to do so throughout my life. While I worked I have already listened to all three CDs several times with immense pleasure. Time and again I have had to pause and either sing-a-long or stop and pray the words that are so moving. There is something so special about massed voices and knowing that the joyful and worshipful sounds are sung by volunteer choirs drawn without discrimination from those who sing with choirs and those who just wanted to be a part of the occasion, blended together into these uplifting sounds.
