A fantastic study guide to go with a great commentary series. Inexpensive, insightful and with real content at heart. Coming from Tom Wright as an addition to the For Everyone series it is little surprising that they are easy to get to grips with. What's best though is that these study guides don't feel like just cribbed sections from the commentary with a few questions thrown into the mix, rather they are well thought out and the sections preceding the questions and the notes at the end of each chapter add something new, they are an extra addition to the original commentary that just makes it work so well. The one on Luke was a wonderful tool for personal bible study but I think it would have been a phenomenal study to do in a group too, and even if the whole thing was not followed in a small group setting then certainly it would be incredibly useful to any small group leader looking for resources to help formulate a study on various topics. Great book and at a wonderful price.
