For instance, it is silent on the scientific process of the creation; it does not tell us whether the six days of creation were six 24-hour days or more extended periods; it does not tell why evil (in the form of the serpent) was present in the Garden of Eden; it does not describe who the "sons of God" and "daughters of men" were, and it does not explain why Noah cursed Canaan and not the culprit Ham. Is there any way to fill in the missing details?
