Using historical estimates of world population from the United States Census Bureau, and given that Noah's Flood is estimated to have occurred in 2348 BC, we can interpolate between 2000 and 3000 BC, and estimate the world population at the time of the flood to be about 22,476,000. Since only eight people survived the flood, then we can calculate the percentage death toll to be 99.99996%. In the same way, given that Sodom and Gomorrah, at the time of the destruction, had an estimated regional population of 40,000 to 65,000, then since only three people survived, if we compute the percentage death toll with even the lower limit of 40,000, it would be 99.9925%. Do you think things have changed? No
From messages received from Jesus Christ through dreams and visions, more and more people might go to Hell, because myriads of people have either refused or are reluctant to accept Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior, and even of those who claim to be Christians, a huge majority of them do not practice holiness and righteousness, so they might also go to Hell. So it appears that, in all, over 80% of people living and those who had ever lived on earth before might go to Hell. Entering the kingdom of God is a simple test, you can appear to be a very good Christian or a very good person in the eyes of a majority of people, but if you do not meet God's standard, you will fail. It is awesome to pass, but a tragedy to fail This is execrably shuddery and this is the reason why the Apostle Paul advised Christians to work out their own salvation with fear and trembling (See Philippians 2: 12)
The eschatological term, "Rapture", is derived from the first person plural future passive of the Latin verb, "rapio/rapere" (drag off, snatch, seize, carry off), "rapiemur", and it is the translation in the Latin Vulgate translation of the Bible. The English word, "rape", was also derived from the Latin verb, "rapio/rapere." Conservative Christian theologians believe that the Second Coming of Christ will be in two parts. These two parts are believed to be separated by a period of seven years. The first part is usually referred to as the Rapture. A lot of evangelical Christians, however, believe that the Triumphant Return of Jesus Christ and the Rapture will not occur until the seven years of the Tribulation have ended. The second part is believed to occur when Jesus Christ physically and bodily descends onto this earth on the Mount of Olives from which He ascended to Heaven after His death and resurrection. The interval between these two events, The Tribulation and The Great Tribulation, is believed to be divided into two three-and-a-half year periods. The essence is that believers will be delivered from The Great Tribulation by the Rapture, because it is believed that the Rapture will occur before The Great Tribulation in order to save believers from its horrors. However, not all Christians agree on every detail of the final sequence of events leading to or following the Second Coming of Jesus Christ. Some of the events listed in the Bible and their order of occurrence have not been categorically clarified in the Bible, but the most important thing to note is that Jesus Christ will definitely return
