All too often, our lives fall short of the expectations we've set, and our happiness seems just out of reach.

We are disappointed by the people in our lives, or the decisions we made, or how we reacted to something, or the goals we failed to meet.

All this disappointment can work its way into our hearts--and when that happens, we lash out and vent our disgruntled feeling over life's unfairness.
