Cannot recommend this book more highly. Engagingly written, this is a refreshingly body-positive, God-centred and down-to-earth resource for teenagers and their parents. It's brimming with quotes and questions from young teens and Sarah Smith doesn't shy away from some of the more tricky subjects - these are tackled with sensitivity and grace. I particularly loved the illustrations - detailed, humorous and often poignant, they really bring the book alive. An essential guide for any parent wanting to have honest, positive conversations with their children about body changes, intimacy and growing up.
