As a result of my obedience in that decision I have connected with, encouraged and been able to love so many women. These women have told me that my story is also their story. It encourages them to be brave, strong and lifts them up. I have written and shared my story as a way to encourage, support and help my readers see that healing is possible. As a lighthouse, street light or even a flickering flame lights the way for another. My story is a testimony for those who have encountered darkness, abuse and neglect. My hope is that you will feel a glimmer of life, a spark of light and be encouraged to start on your own path to healing.
