    I have read many fantasy books, everywhere from Tolkien to Lewis to Salvatore, and this book is definitely worthy of that prestigious company

    This is such a wonderful book! The vivid characterization and constant action make this an enjoyable read. As soon as I read it I ordered copies for Christmas gifts and a copy for our library. I am looking forward to the sequel and will be one of the first to buy it. Thank you for such a pleasant book.
