Adrift | a spiritual journey back after a pandemic: 21 Days of Ponderings

Let's face it, this pandemic, and the quarantines, have us all facing a shift in our belief system in one way or another. Whether you've found yourself drifting further away from God, or desperately calling out to Him, or somewhere in the middle, 2020 is without a doubt going down in history as the year of personal and spiritual challenges for all of us.

Alisa started just taking a single verse, sometimes two, in the mornings and trying to ponder on it and apply it to her day. She quickly realized that she is a visual person and started putting a home screen graphic on her phone to represent the truth in the verse I had read that day.

We've all heard that 21 days makes a habit, so here are 21 days of those ponderings, along with the home screen graphic to go along with it.

This journey is a testament to the power of God's word. There were days I had no strength. I won't get into the physical ailments I had from stress and anxiety, but they were pretty intense.

In the middle of our business failing and our family abandoning us, God provided many miracles.

One of those miracles was a job for me. I went on three interviews and landed a goldmine job. God provided that for me.

I could not breathe without seeking the Lord before going to work each morning. Literally. And He gave me strength. I sought Him and He gave me strength.
