I highly recommend this book. It's easy to dip in and out. Each chapter is only a few pages long and accompanied by a beautiful illusration by the author's son. Claire Hayns's reflections are really helpful to hold up to our own attitudes and approaches, wihtout being judgmental or 'preachy'. Our mid-week group started exploring these reflections on Women of the Old Testament some months ago. We planned to just look at just 6 women, but we have found the studies so inpsiring we are still going, some months later.
