Overseer Drucilla White was the loving and devoted wife of the late Bishop H.W. White of 48 years. She is the mother of three children and has seven grandchildren. Overseer White was a Real Estate Counselor for over 25 years and has been an Income Tax Professional for 20 years. Her journey of spiritual ministry began in 1977 when she accepted the call of God on her life. Later in 1987 she was made an ordained minister. She served as Co-Pastor with her late husband for over 20 years. She served in many capacities under the auspice of the Church of the Living God. She held positions as Associate Pastor, Co-Pastor, and Presiding/District Elder. She also served as the Director of the National Outreach Prayer Ministry for seven years. In 2000 she completed education and training in the Evangelism and World Mission Training School at Every People, Tribe and Nation, Evangelistic Association in Detroit, MI. She also studied Theology at the Detroit Bible College. After many years of service in her former church, her and her husband prayerfully founded Higher Praise Ministries, Inc. in November 2002. They built the ministry and presided as Pastors until his death in 2012. Since the death of her husband, she presides as Overseer over what is now the Higher Praise Worship Center, under the leadership of Pastor Doran Morson, Sr. She currently resides in Delaware with her daughter and grandchildren, where she attends Victory Christian Fellowship Church. Throughout all of her spiritual journey there has been a charge to pray. Her desire is that she leave a legacy of prayer and raise up as many of those that she can to make "Prayer a Priority."
