I actually thought I had ordered the book alone but this arrived. The book is a brilliant allegory for the Christian life and our personal relationship with the Lord.The devotional sections are fairly simplistic which makes giving this edition to older Christians as a gift a little difficult. The new edition of the fully illustrated book is only suitable for much younger people who would probably not appreciate the text so much, and its dimensions are not bookshelf friendly. Is the original edition no longer available?
