At the beginning of each year, we make our New Year's resolutions about how we want our year to go. Exodus 12:1-2 (AMP) The beginning month of the New Year is called Abib/Nisan. This is the first month of the Ancient Hebrew calendar which usually begins the middle of March to the middle of April.

These declarations are geared towards helping Believers align their year and their life. It is more vital to make declarations than resolutions, since declaring is speaking the Will of God, which is the Word of God.
