REST Leader's Guide is a tool intended for small group leaders who are seeking to lead one or more persons through a group study of REST: Choosing Peace, Growth, and Learning Holy Rest (sold separately).

Amy knew she needed to pursue and fight for rest to not just survive, but thrive. Recognizing there weren't any monthly group studies available yet knowing a monthly session is all she could commit to, she wrote and designed REST to help other women draw close to Jesus too, despite their full plates.

The REST Leader's Guide is a tool designed for use with the REST book (978-1-7363419-0-2). This guide will assist you as you study REST and prepare to lead a group through the journey. This guide includes schedule structure guidance for leading your group through REST over a 3, 4, or 5 month journey (including weekly/biweekly option tips). The session-by-session guide provides helpful details and guided notes to help you get the most out of every gathering. You'll also find tips for small-group leading as well as tools for your journey as the leader.
