I grabbed this book from the box as soon as it was delivered. I had been waiting to see what happened to Rebecca and John since reading Rebecca’s Return. This book starts on such a happy note, that it is disappointing when things so very quickly go from sad to sour. Don’t worry though, you will soon be engrossed. Rebecca is unexpectedly left money, and Rachel Byler already embittered by not inheriting from her father, lets that bitterness take over her life, to the destruction of the happiness of others. This is a complicated story of the rotten side of human nature entwined with the lives of those endeavouring to live as Dah Hah, God, intended. The happy ending does come for John and Rebecca but a lot happens first.
