Chris Aslan has done it again with his masterful storytelling which always includes well researched detail that creates a vivid narrative. His characters are endearing and well rounded even the ones you may not want to like. I found such joy in going on the journeys in this book both the physical journeys and the figurative ones as characters grew up. Chris’ gift is taking well known and often short stories from the Bible and bringing them to life with imagination and beauty. This would be an an excellent book to use for a small group book study. Please keep doing what you do!
