    The Good Book Stall

    Average rating of0.0

Molly Zook, the narrator of this story, is a young Amish woman who has grown up on the family farm. The book begins in the months following her father's sudden death. Concern for her mother, relationships within the family, financial worries and the future of the farm are main themes. But the strongest thread is the inner life of Molly herself. The author writes in a believable way about her struggle to trust God, especially in matters of the heart, and to stop trying to control her own destiny and the romantic involvements of others. It is a well-written book and a good read if you like romance.
