I dealt with it all by holding everything inside for a long time. It wasn't until I struggled with massive anxiety, major depression and suicidal thoughts that I started working through my grief. Those seasons in my life were like a rollercoaster, just like the journey of grief. My hope for you, is you work through your grief before it gets to a dark place like mine did.
