    The Good Book Stall

    Average rating of0.0

I read this book, in effect, twice because I firstly read the narrative and comment which cracks along with pace and energy, then I went back to the thoughts, meditations, and chapters by other authors in order to think further about the book's message. Ray Gaston was in parish ministry in Leeds living and working alongside Islamic communities. Not only did he communicate with them, but also shared with the life and faith of these communities. As other Christian authors have pointed out before, to understand Islamic life you have to understand the faith. For many Christian readers reflecting on the 7/7 inquest and the fear of Islamic terrorism, this would be a hard book to contemplate reading, but I urge you to give it a try!
