Change Your Perspective is not meant to be a manual but a warning. A guide to anyone else who may find themselves where I was - in church and hopelessly lost. Do I have all of the answers? Of course not! But my prayer is that it brings you hope - that God can bring you too to a place of freedom.

Throughout my faith journey God continually brought me to a crossroad where I had to choose to question the things that I once believed to be true. When I was 11 years old my parents made the decision to leave the Baptist faith, and this led us on a journey that included attending multiple churches in search of THE TRUTH. What is the true doctrine that should be followed? Who is the true God? What is my true purpose? Questions that many people ask today.

In this book I attempt to share my life and church experiences and even how I felt during each of the pivotal moments that occurred. The book is filled with heartfelt and honest commentary of my life from childhood to adulthood as I take you on the journey with me toward learning what it really means to be a believer in Jesus Christ. I also share the good things and the bad things that I have witnessed along the way - especially at a personal level.
