Acts of Intercession: Devotional Study of Women Intercessors of the Bible, offers an interesting and unique look into the lives and purposes of women in the Bible. Some of the women have familiar stories while others are lesser-known characters whose roles played a significant part in Bible history. Regardless of their notoriety or stature, life lessons can be learned from each of them.
After reading this book, it is my prayer that readers--especially today's women--should be able to see a glimpse of themselves in these women of the past. While the focus is on women intercessors, men also will be able to appreciate the fact that "...there is no new thing under the sun" (Eccl. 1:9).
