The Intentional Life: Connecting Dots of Pattern for Clarity

The Intentional Life is about the process of connecting the dots of our life development to that of our habits. All habits are first introduced and practiced until they become automatic. Once they become automatic, we no longer notice them within ourselves (without being intentional). These habits dictate how or if we trust, what we believe, how we view ourselves and others, and from what perspective.

The Intentional Life teaches us how to connect the dots back to the foundation of any particular behavior. You will begin to see who you are and how you became that person.

As we grow and learn through our five senses, we become more aware of the consequences of our habits than the habits themselves. When the consequences of our habits hinder our progress, change is necessary. To change our habits, we must acknowledge their existence and identify steps for their removal and replacement.

Creator God knows all things and He is the only one who can help us uncover the habits buried deep in our subconscious. The Intentional Life is a tool for those wanting to connect to the Source of life and learn of themselves from only what He knows.
