    The Good Book Stall

    Average rating of0.0

This is a difficult book to review, dealing as it does with genetic abnormality, stillbirth, and the sort of faith and trust that leave one staggered and only too aware of one’s own Spiritual inadequacies. It is the very personal story of Mark and Lizzie Grayson’s daughter, Keziah, how her parents were told at her twenty-week scan that she was unlikely to survive, and how God brought them through the intense and traumatic time of love and loss that followed and closer to Him. Lizzie makes no attempt to gloss over her times of despair and grief, but testifies to God’s ever-present help and tells how she leant heavily on His Word and made many conscious efforts to align herself with His thinking. The result is an inspiration, not just to those who have lost a baby, but to all who struggle with the unthinkable, the overwhelmingly painful, the unequivocal tests of faith.
