Pray with Me

This is a really helpful and easy to read book on how to pray with your children, what's best about it though is that these are actually quite deep prayer techniques that are being presented in a marvellously simple and easy way to grasp. Urbanski demonstrates how spontaneous prayer, traditional prayers you know by heart, scripture, song, silence, and reflection can be used with Chirldren, to draw both the children and yourself deeper into prayer.

To be honest given the depth of detail in the exercises and questions, that though they are aimed at family settings specifically, these could easily be tailored and used in any beginners to prayer groups or settings with a few tweaks.

Catholic based but not only for catholics. the sections on Lectio Divina (praying with scripture), Praying with Silence, and praying with reflection really are excellent and well worth utilising...
