She knows the ache and lure of a busy life. REST began as a desperate pursuit toward understanding holy rest as a lifeline. Amy knew she needed to pursue and fight for rest to not just survive, but thrive. Recognizing there weren't any monthly group studies available yet knowing a monthly session is all she could commit to, she wrote and designed REST to help other women draw close to Jesus despite their full plates.

REST is a simple, yet incredibly impactful 3 month journey designed for the busy woman in mind. You'll find it easy to read the brief stories and review the weekly Bible verses. You'll learn the SOAP method for studying scripture, which simplifies storing God's Word in your mind and heart as you go about your busy days and life. At the end of each month, you're invited to complete a brief reflection so you can make note of what God is teaching you along your journey. REST is also designed to be easily walked through with friends (monthly or weekly). Whether you need to explore this alone or with friends, REST is a gift waiting for you to begin.
