I read In His Image as a favour for a friend. But I was the one who benefited. If you have ever been puzzled about Jesus' response to those he met and how we should interpret that in the 21st Century, read this book. If you have ever been daunted by the issue of mission and the Poor, read this book. If you have ever given money to charity because you don't know what else you can do, read this book. If you read this book and your life is not changed, read it again.

I read In his Image as a favour to a friend. But actually I was the one who benefitted. If you have ever been puzzled about Jesus response to those he met and how we should interpret that in the 21st Century, read this book. If the whole issue of mission and the poor seems to big to tackle, read this book. If you've ever given money to charity because you're not sure what else you can do, read this book. If you read this book and it doesn't change your life, read it again.
