This book is loosely based on the Rule of St Benedict and in its layout, is clearly not for reading through like many other books. Don't buy this book if you want to read it that way to be more informed, I think you will find it frustrating. Read for the internal transformation. Styled verse and lyrical prose are the entire content of this title. Read and re-read it slowly and prayerfully and it will release its riches and not only inform your mind, but also your heart and soul. A meaningful resource to underpin the daily life, in prayer, faith and hope.
