Time in the Garden

Did God walk in the Garden of Eden with Adam and Eve? Genesis 3:8 implies that Adam and Eve were familiar with the Lord coming to the Garden. They knew the sound of Him approaching. They were not surprised when He showed up. They knew Him well enough to know that the choice they just made would disappoint Him. That says to me that not only did the Lord know Adam, but Adam knew the Lord. That is the kind of relationship God desires to have with you. He already knows everything about you, even your most intimate secrets. He wants you to know Him with that same intimacy.
