Unpacking Anxiety aims to dive deep into the psychology behind our limiting mindsets and cognitive distortions that ultimately culminate in an anxious disposition. Getting to the root of the issue reveals what needs to be eliminated in order to move forward towards a healthy mental fortitude, to eradicate the mindsets that are holding us back, and to establish a healthy image of ourselves. It is within the ashes of our incinerated limiting mindsets that confidence is able to flourish!

What is not entirely eradicated may be highly effectively managed with daily exercises, grounding techniques and mindfulness practices.

This book is written not to cater specifically to the Christian, but to the anxious person. My fellow Christians will benefit from a perspective not often seen in the typical church setting, and non-Christians will be given a Christian's perspective on psychological truth, but all will come away equipped and capable!
