Our prayers often become repetitive, routine, like a well-worn path that we travel almost without thinking. This is also usually accompanied by the deep desire to pray in another way, to pray for matters that have eternal transcendence; but without knowing how or where to start. By reading how he prayed for believers, whether outside the churches he met or those with whom he had some kind of relationship, we understand that it is possible to pray in a different way. We can pray for those things that will lead us to a better understanding of who God is, our position in Christ, and our walk as disciples.
