Chris Stafford's book of 30 assemblies is a boon for the busy teacher - or anyone else who's called upon to take an assembly. Each session is fully worked out and presented in a straightforward format, allowing it to be used 'off the peg' with minimal preparation. There's a theme and Bible-based talk linked to life experiences, and the children are encouraged to think things through and decide how they will react to situations that confront them.
