Deanna Holmes wants to celebrate her first Christmas married with both sides of the family packed into their tiny Chicago townhome. Elliot's not so sure. Is it possible they'll survive the holiday?

A Holmes Family Christmas is a full-length, two-act play set in 2002 for a core dramatic ensemble of nine. Christmas carols and popular seasonal songs provide the background music of the play by way of a pianist and group of carolers (at least three) as noted throughout. Script includes character backstories, general director's notes, and is ideal for church and school performances.
