    I have to say I am still reading this book but it is not something to hurry you way through as there is much to think about. The book uses the extended metaphor of the caterpillar becoming a butterfly to explore ways in which we might achieve - as individuals and as a society - a metamorphosis of our own. Here's hoping that the pandemic will prove the seismic event that gets us moving in new and better directions.
