    This book isn't what I thought it would be, happily it is better. I was looking for a book to tell me how to slow down after facing a life changing diagnosis. What I got was an exciting book giving me time to sit and talk with God. This book has 52 many and varied excercises for personal or group study. It has back notes and guides all the way through as well as a personal review. Im not even halfway through the book but know that I can pick it up and work on it as and when I am able. It is definately an unhurried approach to study and can be as deep or light as you need. A refreshing change in study books from the author of Annonymous. The series to accompany this book is currently showing on TBN.
