The professional manner in which he conducts himself creates a smooth and seamless worship experience for all those in his building. He's the watchman at the gate, keeping an eye out for dangers. He has a plan for when unforeseen circumstances arise. He is prepared to act decisively when called upon. He's the man who will show you to your seat and is entrusted to take up the offering.
This booklet was born of the need to train new ushers by a veteran usher. After much searching for the necessary tools that came up severely lacking, he decided to pour his extensive knowledge and experience into this helpful guide. With twenty years of ushering knowledge, the author is a trustworthy source of information, but that's not his only qualifying factor. The author also spent twenty-five years in industrial construction as a Millwright and some time as an ironworker.
