- By the voice of God the ten rules were spoken

- By the hands of God the ten rules were written in stone

- By the son of God the ten rules were approved

Compare the ideal attributes that are set by God with the actual operation of the Church. Certain moral attributes represent the presence of the Holy Ghost in people. These moral attributes give congregations a godly approach to selecting and rejecting leadership.
