The booklet uses the Church of England's daily services from the Common Worship prayer book and gives them themed prayers and Bible readings for the ten days from the day after Ascension Day to Pentecost Sunday. It is very versatile and can be used by churches, small groups and individual. There short written readings with alternatives as well as suggested longer readings and psalms. It provides space for open prayer when used by a church or group and personal prayer for individuals as well as a form of intercession. It is suitable for groups and individuals who are used to liturgical worship as well as anyone who wants to explore the use of liturgy in personal devotion.
