This book is split equally between Old and New Testaments, with 12 themes from Creation to Revelations. Each theme has 4 or 5 activities including ideas for art, drama, quizzes, photocopiable sheets and discussions. Each theme could be used in it’s entirety in one session or split over 4 or 5 sessions depending on the dynamics of your group, another option would be a half day activity day where all the sessions are incorporated along with some extra games etc.. Unchurched groups may need to adapt the material, whereas church groups would work well straight from the book. Each activity states what it is, why it is being used, for example to discover something, and the materials needed for the session, in a clear easy to use format.
