I'm only half way through reading the book but it's proving to be well worth the buy. I would definitely recommend to anyone who is setting up or reviewing pastoral care in their church. I've also found it useful from the viewpoint of being a carer myself. It's the sort of book to go back to time and again - don't just read it & put it away - keep it out as a useful reference. Well written in a clear understandable way.
