    The Good Book Stall

    Average rating of0.0

A re-issue and revision of the guide first published in 1996 and not revised since 1998, this book will come as a very useful addition to the Pilgrim’s luggage! One of the quotes on the back cover is from John Tidy, a former Dean of St George’s, Jerusalem, who says that he was never without it when leading groups. It is useful for the individual Pilgrim as well as the group leader. Full of useful information about sites both historically and in the present day, about the country and getting around, opening times, toilets and other essentials. I use the Iona guide in the same series regularly and I suspect that many of you will be familiar with the series. The format of the book is such that it will easily fit in a back pocket or small daysack. I would suggest that one would be foolish to travel without it. An alternative use is for those who wish to add some geographical knowledge to their Bible reading. Strongly recommended.
