      I am thinking of using "God is Closer than You Think" with my life group during Lent. If we buy the DVD is it also necessary for individual group members to have copies of the book, or are the DVD and book designed to be used independently - the DVD by groups and the book by people on their own? Thank you for clarifying this.

      It is not necessary for individual group members to have the book but you may find it useful for them to have a copy of the participants guide.
