What you need to know:

• Our eGift Vouchers can be emailed to one or more email addresses of your choice.
• eGift Vouchers are sent within minutes and they can be ordered for delivery up to a year in advance
• There are multiple designs. Choose any denomination up to £1,000.
• The recipient can use eGift Vouchers towards hundreds of thousands of products store-wide
• Gift Cards can only be redeemed on Eden.co.uk

What happens if I entered the wrong email address?

The email address or phone number can be updated until the gift card is redeemed. After that, we cannot cancel or refund your order.

Can I use a gift card myself?

Yes you can.

I want to send someone a real gift card - what should I do?

There are two options. We would recommend you choose one of our plastic Gift Cards which are available here. Alternatively, if you cannot wait for something to be delivered by post you can order an eGift Voucher using your own email address as the recipient. When you receive it, you can print it and gift it to the recipient, perhaps within a greeting card.
