I'm really, really pleased with my new Bible cover. It fits my compact, small print NIV Study Bible perfectly. I don't really think the photos of this Bible cover do it justice. I was looking for something smart and modest (which in my opinion ruled out pretty much all of the other Bible covers available on Eden!) and felt like there were only two options for me to choose from. I confess that this one wasn't initially my first choice, but I had to return my preferred option because it ended up being way too big for my Bible. (That was my fault; I took a gamble on the measurements, hoping that it wouldn't matter too much if the cover was a bit larger than my Bible. It turns out that it did matter. When I tried it, my Bible was rattling around inside the cover.) I was left with this Bible cover as my only option, which left me a little disappointed, but when it arrived and I tried it out I was completely surprised. It feels really well put-together and I really like the two separate sections. The second section is really handy for organising sermon notes and neatly storing those separate scraps of paper you often collect at Bible studies and at church services. There's no longer any need for me to store these scraps of paper in random pages as bookmarks in my Bible. I'm ashamed to say that another mistake I made was clearly not reading the description thoroughly enough because I was assuming that the notepad was only in the photos as an illustration, and I also wasn't expecting it to come with a pen. I'm also really pleased with the pen – it's a biro at one end and a fine highlighter pen at the other end. The pen is perfect for highlighting passages and making annotations. In summary it's a really smart, practical Bible cover. I highly recommend it.
